Definition of beauty in different cultures
In the first place let's learn what BEAUTY is?........ BUT wait? Who am I to tell you the definition of beauty? Oxford, Collins, Macmillan Merriam-Webster all provide their own definitions of beauty and its aspects. If there are N number of creatures then there will be 2N number of definitions of beauty. Isn't it hilarious?
Since we are talking about ayurveda so let's talk about ayurvedic beauty. This is how Ayurveda defines beauty…..
Ayurveda defines true beauty as “Roopam, gunam, vayastyag, iti shubhanga karanam”.
Meaning: There are three pillars of Beauty.
The outer beauty. Personified by shining and healthy hair and clear and radiant skin tone.
The inner beauty. The beauty that shines from within. Characterized by warm personality, kind-hearted and innocent-mind.
The beauty that lasts. Feeling and Looking younger than your chronological age. When age is just a number.

c) Spend some quality time with yourself
Give yourself half an hour a day, be alone, praise yourself in that time, do meditate, do yoga. I am not telling the things, this was said by dietitian Namami Agrawal of Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar.
