Refund & Return Policy
- Asaagat does not encourage cancellation of order once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.
- A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span 24 hours.
- Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.

At Asaagat, we make it our mission to ensure a great Experience using our products or services. We offer a 7 Day Return Policy on all Products. If at any point within 7 Days of Receiving your Order you wish to return your purchase, please contact us.
However, do note that after 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchased item(s), unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note as a policy we neither provide refund nor accept returns nor offer exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or delivery of incorrect product. All dimensions and materials are mentioned on respective product pages. That being said, please contact Customer Care within 2 days of receiving your parcel in case of any defect (e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call/WhatsApp us at +91-7351310001) and we’ll see what we can do. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless confirmed by Asaagat. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Where the item(s) show obvious signs of use
- Boxes that have been opened and original packaging have been damaged due to handling.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item which is requested for return more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 (Fourteen) Working Days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or reflected in your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will look into it immediately and help you sort out the issue at the earliest possible.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All warranties and quality guarantees offered on those products will still continue to apply and we would be happy to assist you with any concerns regarding your purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
